Our Integrated Program

Forest Therapy & Sensory Walks

Forest therapy is a guided, sensory-based walk in nature that promotes relaxation, presence, and well-being. Step into stillness with our guided nature walks. Feel the breeze, listen to birdsong, touch the textures of the forest floor. These immersive walks are designed to awaken your senses, deepen your presence, and reveal the subtle wonders of the natural world.

Graphic & Natural Arts

Let nature inspire your creativity. From sketching landscapes to creating with leaves, earth, and found materials, our art programs offer a meaningful space to explore your relationship with nature through hands-on creative expression.

Our Founder

Aimee Siberon Arias is an award-winning graphic designer with over two decades of experience, working with creative teams for Fortune 100 companies, regional governments, and island-wide nonprofit organizations. In 2001, she founded Image Maker Design Studio, which she continues to lead to this day. Beyond her career in design, Aimee is a passionate printmaking artist, a Certified Forest Therapy Guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT), and a Certified Interpretive Guide with the National Association for Interpretation (NAI). She is also a practitioner of Theory U, an awareness-based methodology for systems change, and holds a Wilderness First Aid (WFA) certification.

Rooted in a lifelong reverence for the natural world, Aimee has spent more than 20 years weaving her creative and professional expertise into her work. Her deep belief in conservation—and in the healing synergy between art and nature—has guided her in creating experiences that invite others to reconnect with the organic rhythms of life. For her, this connection is essential to cultivating a sustainable, balanced existence grounded in respect and love for all living beings. She is also an advocate for the mental health benefits of nature connection, which can help ease anxiety, depression, and emotional disconnection.

Since November 2023, Aimee has served on the Board of Directors of the Love in Motion Foundation, Inc., a Puerto Rican nonprofit (501(c)(3)) established after Hurricane María in 2017. The foundation supports community-led tourism through capacity building, stewardship, and innovation, aiming to strengthen sustainable and sovereign local economies.

She is also an active member of Women in Tourism Puerto Rico, where she supports the growth of women-led initiatives in sustainable travel across the island.

Aimee holds a BFA in Visual Communication with a minor in Printmaking from the Maryland Institute College of Art (1993). She has completed web development training at Codetrotters Academy (HTML, CSS, jQuery, 2016), and earned a certificate in U-Lab: Leading from the Emerging Future through MITx (2023–2024). Her certifications as a Forest Therapy Guide (2024–2025) and Interpretive Guide (2024) reflect her commitment to facilitating transformative, nature-based experiences.

She is an active member of various professional organizations, including AIGA, the Graphic Artists Guild, the Southern Graphics Council International.
